TOKYO SAKE BASEは自分たちがときめく酒のみを扱います。お客様にお酒をお勧めするとき、本当に自分たちとして、絶対に飲んで欲しい、そんな想いを込めながら心からお勧めできるお酒のみを扱います。
そのお酒は必ずしも有名で希少なプレミア酒ではありません。
私たちが美味しいと感じる時、それは食べたもの、飲んだものそのものの美味しさだけが関係するわけではありません。場所の雰囲気、一緒にいる人、ものに対する前提知識、様々な要因があり、我々はどんな人がそれを作っているのか、なぜ我々がそれを扱うのか、といったストーリーも美味しさを引き立てる重要な要素だと考えています。
もちろん味が良いことは大前提となりますが、我々が共感でき、有名でなくても、小規模で流通が少なくても、真摯に酒造りに向き合っている、そんな生産者と取引し、その活動を応援したいと思っています。
